"The room amenities are OK, but driving up by car and parking is almost impossible. No luggage service. Overcrowded. Avoid room 601. Directly in front of the linen closet and emergency exit. Price-performance ratio not appropriate. Taxi in front of the door rips you off."

"Unpleasant experience. Arriving in Palermo as a couple on a group trip, we stayed at this hotel for the first 2 nights and everything went well. Returning at the end of the tour for the last night, we were put in a room that was absolutely not up to standard: a bed smaller than a full size with the pillow resting halfway on the nightstand, a handicap-accessible bathroom without a bidet and with a hideous (dirty) shower curtain, with a noise repeating every 2 minutes and 30 seconds coming from the ceiling, and other things. But the most irritating aspect was the arrogant and offensive attitude held by the lady at the reception in the face of our complaints. Claiming, among other things, that there were no more rooms available when there were three alternatives offered on the website. Finally, after they proposed proceeding with repairs at 10:30 PM, we managed to get our room changed. A solution that could have been reached without hours of useless arguments. Truly a bad experience that has never happened in years of traveling around the world."

"This is barely 3 star hotel. The rooms are old and furniture worn. Paper cups for tea / coffee in room. Reception staff rude and lazy, often talking to each other while you stand and wait. Taking calls while they are supposedly serving you. Bar staff were only highlight and could not wait to move on from here. District is old and very dirty / gritty."
