Eurostars Centrale Palace

"A very nice hotel. Perfectly situated for attractions of the city and certainly for restaurants day and night. The building is actually a centuries old palace and many of the common rooms reflect this with nice decor and antique furnishings. A rooftop bar and restaurant compliment the high standards of the establishment. Service at reception, breakfast and staff in general was similarly always very good. Our standard room was a good size with a/c, fridge, TV, safe and tea and coffee facilities, very comfortable.Buffet breakfast was extensive, some hot choices, bacon, sausage, eggs, a considerable variety of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts and breads and cakes. Fresh fruit, tea, variety of coffees and cold juices completed and excellent start to the day."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with tourist attractions, restaurants, market, and bus stop easily accessible. The breakfast is good and meets expectations. The hotel was an old palazzo, which makes the experience different and attractive. The hotel gym needs maintenance, but for a simple workout it meets the need. The room is spacious and the hotel provides water for the guests. In the hotel lobby, there is always water and sparkling wine available every day, at least in the summer. As a negative point, after check-in and access to the room, we identified that the air conditioning was not working; upon contacting the reception, we were informed that we would receive a fan (small) and that the hotel would only have a room available for exchange the next day. The next day, after breakfast, we received a call to the room to go down with the bags because it was checkout time. We went to the reception and the information was to leave the bags at the reception for an exchange when possible. Our answer was no and after a few minutes we received a new room and we changed the luggage to the new room. I believe the customer experience in the first two days of the Hotel would not be the same after this incident and lack of quick and clear action on the part of the Hotel."

"Decent place. Very centrally located. Property is somewhat tired but not nearly as bad as the Eurostar in Tourmina (really bad). The a/c in room was okay but not great. Staff was nice. Step out the front door and you are already in the middle of all the action."
