"The location is super, close to the sea and nice pool, but that's where it ends. Incredibly small balconies, where one chair and a small drying rack fit. The food had everything to be desired, we only ate breakfast there, overcooked vegetables, everything completely tasteless. Huge restaurant that is mostly experienced as a noisy school cafeteria. If we hadn't had a car, the trip would have been a disaster."

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel (4 stars, sic!) from September 25 to October 4, but I am only leaving this review today because we were both bedridden with a bacterial gastroenteritis that we are treating with antibiotics. Moving on to the review, the general judgment is very negative, terrible. Cleanliness throughout the entire facility is very poor. In the room, the amenities, the bathroom, and the cleanliness are very lacking. There is a sign in the bathroom that warns the guest that the water is NOT potable. We found ants in the bathroom (we were on the third floor), cockroaches in the hallway leading to the rooms, there was no toilet brush (we had to ask for it as a favor), and the shower and bidet were difficult to use (water outside the shower and the bidet too close to the sink). The poor cleanliness was also evident in the cafeteria, oops! I correct myself, in the dining room. The plates/dishes often showed a lack of attention to their cleanliness. The shared bathrooms on the ground floor were foul-smelling at any time of the day. The quality of the food was very poor and 'meager'; low quality in both the cooked dishes and the cold cuts/cheeses, etc. The pasta was inedible, precooked... and very poorly precooked at that! Moving on to the services. Regarding the check-in service and the reception in general, the judgment here is also very negative. Upon arrival, there was arrogance and a lack of proper respect for the customer. I had to prove myself that I had booked a double room with a sea view. They had not recorded anything in their systems. They did not believe me. They demanded proof, and once I found the information on my cell phone, I had to scramble to send an email as proof. Anyway, apart from this episode, most of the staff is rude and discourteous, and it always seems like they are doing you a favor rather than being there to provide the proper level of service and make your vacation pleasant. The beach service was lacking; from October 1, they halved the number of umbrellas, and the number was no longer sufficient for the number of guests. Car parking costs 15 euros per night. I close as I opened: the judgment on the hotel structure is very negative."

"It pains me to give 2 stars given that it is the 3rd year we have returned. The rating is given solely for the location, therefore for nature. For the rest, everything has gone into decline. First thing (a very serious matter), from 10/4 they removed the umbrellas and lounge chairs without telling those who booked that this service was no longer there. They only hung up a sign indicating the public beach, but it said nothing about the lack of service that we paid for in the total price. Manager, scandalous!!!! He went into hiding and would not let himself be spoken to because he knew he was in the wrong. Eating what they make for lunch recycled for the evening. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, poor selection. If you don't have all-inclusive and you request drinks at the bar, prepare to get a loan, because the bar is a jewelry store. Staff, apart from the lifeguard, kind and helpful. Entertainment that needs resuscitation. Rooms need renovation, room service staff, kind. To sum up, the location has high potential, but if it continues to be managed this way, unfortunately it will lose its reputation. I am attaching some photographs for you."
