"The rooms got cleaned proper for how old and dusty the rooms are so thumbs up for the cleaning service. Thumbs down for the room and airconditioning itself. It was old and I got sick from day one from how badly cleaned the airconditioning works. The staff of the animation team, bar and lifeguard are what make the hotel good. The food was the worst I’ve ever had for an all inclusive hotel and most of the days served cold and tasted like left overs. Check for the available facilities when you book at Hotel Eloro. The beach beds only got placed the last two days of our 12 days stay and the beach bar also only opened up the same day. Even then the beach lacked the vacation feeling. At the pool only one side of the pool has several beds which means you have the put your towel there at 7:00 am to have a bed available. For “all inclusive” almost everything outside of the poor quality buffet and only few free alcoholic drinke (wine, gin, white rum and limoncello) had to be paid extra for including shuttle service (12 euro per ride per person, so 24 back and forth). The staff made our stay at a poor management hotel bearable but the management is terrible. The reception and Corendon trip support could use some empathy and problem resolution training because they only shrug their shoulders to your problems without feeling heard. Never again at this hotel and may the friendly staff find a job worthy of their energy."

"The only positive part of this hotel was the staff working there. The animation team, lifeguard, bartenders, cleaning team and waiters were kind, friendly and clearly trying their best in a badly managed hotel. Without them, this stay would have been completely unbearable. One of the worst “all inclusive” hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel advertises a beach with facilities, but the beach was literally still being built and there were no beach beds at all. The all inclusive package feels misleading: there is almost no food available outside buffet hours, barely any fresh fruit, limited drink options, and many basic things require extra payment. The buffet food was veryyy poor quality, repetitive, cold and some days looked like food from the day before. Hygiene standards and overall maintenance also felt far below expectations."

"This was easily the worst hospitality experience of my life. Don't let the "4-star" label fool you; this place doesn’t even meet the standards of a basic 3 star hotel. It was a complete waste of money, time, and, most importantly, peace of mind. The Entertainment Team: While they act like they care, it’s all for show. There is a glaring sense of partiality and "show-off" energy that feels disingenuous and uncomfortable. The Experience: Cheap and Exploitative The entire operation feels designed to save the hotel money at the direct expense of the guest's comfort. Every "amenity" feels cheap, and every interaction feels like a transaction where they are trying to cut corners. • Atmosphere: Everything around the property feels drained of life. It’s an environment that makes you want to stay in your room—except the rooms aren't much better. •Bar tenders are the worst kind of people I have ever met so far. They hate the fact the you ar ethereal to have a drink. The Service: Fake Smiles and Negative Vibes The atmosphere here is heavy with negativity. On the first day, the staff put on a brief performance of being helpful, but it was a total bait-and-switch. As soon as the check-in process was over, the mask fell off. • Front Desk & Staff: The vibe is incredibly unwelcoming. It’s clear the management has trained them to prioritize squeezing every penny out of guests rather than providing actual service. Final Verdict I couldn’t pack my bags fast enough. I left feeling exhausted rather than refreshed. If you value your sanity, do not book here. It’s a fake, negative environment that survives on deceptive first impressions. Save your money and go somewhere that actually understands the meaning of hospitality."
