Orizzonte Hotel Letojanni

"We had a very disappointing experience in this hotel and I would never stay here again. It is at most two stars and the rating of 4 stars is very unprofessional and misleading. Rooms are very outdated and look like a dormitory. The bathroom needs serious renovation - broken tiles, broken sink, broken bath cabin. When we arrived the room was not cleaned well and there were pieces of toilet paper on the desk. For two people in a double room there was only one soap and two plastic cups in the bathroom. There's no restaurant in the hotel, no pool, no iron in the room, no hairdryer. The breakfast during the first day was a joke and I'm sorry I did not take a picture of the few pieces of ham, cheese and boiled eggs they served. I shared the feedback with the receptionist about the poor breakfast and she came back with a menu for the next day. The only positive experience I can share is her friendly attitude and desire to address the feedback."

"Hotel Orizzonte, 4 stars on the seafront of Letojanni. Room 305. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the town very pleasant, but parking is difficult and quite expensive. The room, despite being on the Third party floor, instead of the windows has three darkened loopholes (with plastic I think initially yellow) as in the basements, two of which are fixed. Blind bath. Obviously the only possible air comes from the air conditioner, set at 24 degrees, but, every half hour or so, it makes a considerable noise for a few tens of seconds. If you change the temperature the noise is continuous. Double room, but only those who sleep on the right have the cell phone socket near the bed. There is the mini bar, with the door opening to the right, but the cabinet door in which it is contained opens to the left, so it must be opened wide to drink a drop of water. Best wishes 🤣🤣🤣"
