"Very professional and always extremely friendly Really high standard hotel which projects the atmosphere that you are a guest and not a customer. From being greeted by the reception team, particularly Valentina, whose welcoming presence and great information ensues you get the very best experience. Then the restaurant staff led by Vincent who creates an atmosphere where only the very best is good enough for you, the the food is exceptional and nothing is any trouble. All the other members of staff were always happy to help and provide the very best service, delivered with a smile. The whole environment is kept to a really high standard inside and out."

"Arrived early hours in the morning after delayed flight so didnt take much notice of our room as we went straight to bed. In the morning, realised we had been upgraded from Superior to Prestige, so a big Thank You, very much appreciated. Quirkly corner room, side sea view (room 211). The bed was too hard for me (fine for my husband). I asked for a "Topper" which was put on straight away, never looked back, bed was so comfy after that. The staff are truly Amazing, so helpful, couldnt do enough for you. Very pleasant on Reception. Housekeeping always smiley. Rooms cleaned to high standard. All the staff were great but I am going to point out one member of staff in particular (sorry don't know his name) but the gentleman in charge of the Restuarant was exceptional. Had his finger on the pulse at all times and ran the "ship" very well. All the Waitors were extremely attentive and helpful. A very well oiled machine. We stayed breakfast only but did book for two evening meals. This was fine dining and the food both in the evening and breakfast was excellent. We had a Wedding to go to and meet up with family members otherwise we would not have hesitated to book half-board. The hotel itself is in a residential area, lots of steps to walk down to the town and like others have said, could be an issue for some coming back uphill. There are taxi's. We so loved this family run, quirky boutique hotel, you can tell it is loved by the family and the staff all seem to enjoy working there. Highly Recommend this Wonderful Hotel."
