Forte Village is a sprawling resort in Sardinia with a dazzling line-up of things to do. Hotel Le Palme is one of ten hotels and suites here—a collection of 89 beachy bungalows tucked amid trees in one of the resort’s most central parts, only moments from Forte Village's epic swimming complex, the Oasis Pool.
Families love Forte Village for its massive choice of things to do. Aside from a pristine beach with water sports and nine sparkling swimming pools, the resort has an Aquapark with water slides and splash zones. The kids’ club, Children’s Wonderland, is out of this world with Barbie-themed activities, arts and crafts, planting in the vegetable garden, and splash pools. Teens aren’t an afterthought either — Forte Village’s Leisure land is designed with older kids and teenagers in mind, complete with a bowling alley, go-kart track, and dance floors.
There are world class sports facilities, too. Real Madrid Foundation coaches are available for keen footballers, and there are academies for tennis, hockey, netball, sailing… the list goes on and on. But while there are way more family facilities at Forte Village than at most hotels, it’s also a haven for adults, with a large spa featuring a thalassotherapy course of Sardinian seawater pools. There are also cutting-edge sports, aesthetic, and dietary medicine specialists on hand and an ultra-modern performance centre if you’re serious about optimising your health and well-being.
Forte Village has 21 restaurants and 14 bars. As a half-board guest of Hotel Le Palme, you’ll have breakfast at the Oasis Terrace and dinner at La Pinta, Forte Grill, Ristorante Brazilian, or Ristorante Sardo. Reservations and supplements are required for the other restaurants but are well worth trying.
Except for the Le Palme Roof rooms, which are on the hotel’s first floor and sleep two guests, all the accommodation at Hotel Le Palme is bungalows. They all have generously sized bathrooms and a shady patio and garden, and if you choose a Play Garden option, it comes with children’s toys to help keep little ones entertained (which saves you packing them, too). The largest bungalow sleeps two adults and three children in two adjoining bedrooms, so you’ll also get two bathrooms. All in all, family holidays are a breeze at Hotel Le Palme.
