Forte Village Resort - Hotel Le Dune

"We had a very pleasant family stay at Forte Village (Le Dune area) in October. Our trip started with a slight setback, as our arrival had to be postponed by one day due to a private event at the resort. However, the management was very accommodating across various areas, ensuring that our stay turned into a complete success right from the start. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere around our bungalow at Le Dune. In particular, we would like to highlight the attentive room service as well as the culinary offering – the food was consistently very good throughout our stay, both at the traditional Sardinian restaurants and at the buffet. What stood out most to us happened at the end of our trip: Our daughter's plush bunny accidentally got caught in the bedsheets during a linen change and ended up in the laundry. By the time we had to leave for our flight, it had not yet turned up. However, the team kept looking, found it, and sent it safely back home to us. For this thoughtful hospitality and the effort behind the scenes, we gladly give 5 stars. Many thanks to the entire team – we would be happy to return."

"The Forte Village is an extraordinary property, characterized by truly significant dimensions, but above all by an impeccable organization, capable of guaranteeing an efficient service and taken care of in every detail. The gastronomic offer is undoubtedly one of the resort's strengths: excellent quality both at lunch and dinner, with a rich and varied proposal. The buffet breakfast was particularly appreciated, extremely assorted, abundant and of an excellent level. A special round of applause goes to the entire staff, who distinguish themselves for their professionalism, preparation, kindness, and availability, regardless of the department or role held. A level of service that testifies to great attention to training and guest satisfaction. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one expects from a 5-star property. The housekeeping service was also excellent, with extremely thorough cleaning and tidying performed multiple times during the day, even two or three times a day. As a professional in the hotel industry, I particularly appreciated the ability to maintain such high quality standards within a resort of this size. A result that is anything but taken for granted, which reflects an important culture of hospitality and careful, professional management. An absolutely positive experience, which confirms Forte Village as a point of reference in luxury hospitality in Sardinia."
