Hotel Palau

"My wife and I stayed for a week at the Hotel Palau, a very beautiful and welcoming property, I inform you half board, and we had lunch a couple of times at the hotel's bistro restaurant where there is a wide list of dishes, the salads are excellent, in the evening the buffet dinner is excellent, alternatively also à la carte with a good selection of wines. Very good cleanliness and service."

"This is the sixth time my husband and I have come to this hotel, and every year we are always pleasantly surprised. Dream location, it feels like being in paradise, full of greenery and colors with an unbeatable view....! Chef Roberto offers different and exquisite dishes every evening... My favorite is the fregola with clams and bottarga. Very courteous, clean rooms and staff always available, the shuttle was also very convenient, which helped us with trips to the beach and to the port from where we took the various excursions around the archipelago. Highly recommended!!!! I personally can't wait to go back there every year."

"In the outskirts of Palau you find this hotel. Nice pool area - OK rooms - but small rooms. Bathroom is also small. Breakfast buffet is fine. Reception does not show any normal kindness and interest in their guests - I think training of staff and especially training in having a welcoming and friendly attitude in reception would be a good idea. In the restaurant they are trained, som perhaps can they help here in this training? There is a free shuttle service to the port area in Palau and to the beach."
