"A fantastic stay! I spent the last week of August with my family at this very welcoming and well-kept property. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant private veranda overlooking the garden and the pool. Very friendly staff, we were welcomed with great courtesy and attention. We hope to be able to return soon!"

"Terrible experience despite the decidedly high cost: almost € 1,500 for 3 nights!! Old facility with poor maintenance, rude staff! Dark room, poor maintenance! We were left for two days without being able to lock our room due to problems with the electronic key...!! Unacceptable! The housekeeping service ended at 2:30 PM....!! Terrible breakfast! Rude and unhelpful service; at 10:20 AM (breakfast ends at 10:30 AM) they started clearing away the whole buffet!!"

"We have been returning to this hotel almost every year since 2017, so our disappointment comes from years of firsthand experience. Unfortunately, each visit has revealed a noticeable decline in both the quality of service and the overall guest experience. The dinner buffet is no longer what it once was. The variety has been significantly reduced, and the quality of the food has clearly declined. What was once one of the main reasons we chose this hotel has now become one of its greatest disappointments. Even more concerning is the inconsistent communication among the front desk staff. Last year, we were told that the charge for leaving behind swimming equipment was a refundable deposit. This year, we were informed that it is actually a non-refundable payment. Guests should not receive contradictory information depending on whom they speak to. This reflects poor internal communication and a lack of professionalism. What disappoints us most is that, despite nearly a decade of loyalty and extended stays, there is no recognition or appreciation for returning guests. Instead, we are met with bureaucracy and rigid policies that make us feel like just another reservation rather than valued customers. It is especially unfortunate because this is the only four-star hotel in the area, and we genuinely enjoy the beach and the location. However, loyalty should be recognized and rewarded—not taken for granted. After witnessing the hotel's standards decline year after year, we are now seriously reconsidering whether we will return. Unless meaningful improvements are made, the hotel risks losing long-term guests who have supported it for many years."
