"Despite some negative reviews our experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable with a huge balcony and incredible sea view. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast included was delicious with a great range of different items. The only negative I would add is that you were asked to leave the bathroom window open with no option to close it. This was fine for us as we aren't bothered by bugs but it did mean there was a fair few moths in the bathroom. This had no effect on our stay though and we had a lovely time! There isn't a beach specifically for the hotel but there are some great ones in a very short walking distance (5 mins)! In terms of the location, it's about a 10 minute walk from the main old town but in a perfect location as it was quiet and peaceful with a few restaurants near that were really great! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area, the staff really made our trip!"

"Excellent hotel in a lovely quiet location, downsides - no beach (but pool area made up for this) restaurant is only for breakfast, snacks and drinks available in the bar. Slightly tired looking but more than acceptable for the price. Upside - Excellent staff through our week long stay. Fantastic sea view room, nice and quiet/relaxing day and night. Castelsardo itself is very quiet and authentic, not one for nightlife. Overall a lovely stay which felt very Sardinian too."

"Genuinely impressed by the level of cleanliness of this hotel. The room was cosy and had everything you needed (maybe an iron would be a bonus point, although many hotels in Italy don’t have irons in rooms due to certain laws so that’s probably the reason why!) Breakfast could be a bit of a nicer spread but for a one night stay absolutely did the job. A big shout out to the lady working morning shifts at reception on both 16th/17th of July which was very friendly and helpful at both check-in and check-out!!! Sorry I didn’t catch your name."
