"Our stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel's photos or five-star rating. The room looked significantly more dated than what was shown online, with outdated furniture and décor. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and leaked water into the room. Overall, the experience felt average at best, and we expected a much higher standard from a five-star property. The front desk was also disappointing. Rather than providing personalized assistance, staff relied on AI-generated responses and generic recommendations instead of addressing our concerns directly, which made the service feel impersonal and unhelpful."

"Overall the hotel is overpriced for the experience provided. The hotel is in the same group (Baja Hotels) as La Bisaccia and Club Hotel. In reality it is not any better than those hotels but more than double the cost. The rooms and food are similar. The private beach is nice but the sea is dangerous to go into due to all the stones and rocks protruding from the sea surface. I hurt my foot when trying to swim in the sea. The staff at the hotel are excellent, especially the restaurant staff. There is no real atmosphere in the hotel due to people choosing to spend 2 or 3 nights there only. "
