"The room was great, and the hotel has a small, cozy boutique feel that adds a special atmosphere. Breakfast was good, with a solid variety of options. The service really stood out — it’s a genuine strength of this hotel. Staff respond quickly and help with absolutely everything. There’s support via both WhatsApp and email — I used WhatsApp, and it was extremely convenient. The staff were available almost around the clock and replied incredibly fast. I also had two packages — one delivery, one shipment — and the team went above and beyond helping with both. Really impressive work, and a big thank you for that. One more highlight: they managed to book a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant that had a two-week waitlist — and got it done in just a few days. Fantastic service overall. I’ll definitely be staying here again."

We had to switch hotels at very short notice due to an air conditioning problem at our previous accommodation, and the team at TB Place Roma went above and beyond to help us out. They managed to find us a room on very short notice and handled the whole situation with kindness, patience, and professionalism. From check-in onward, everything felt effortless. The room was absolutely luxurious, spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with high-end furnishings ans a beautiful view. The hotel itself has a wonderfully elegant atmosphere, and the spa was a wonderful surprise — a relaxing, beautifully maintained space that was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another real highlight: a generous, high-quality spread with delicious options that made every morning feel special. The location also made it easy to explore Rome. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The staff were attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel welcome and at home at any time. It's rare to feel so well taken care of, especially after a stressful start to our trip. "We had a wonderful stay. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and many of Rome’s main attractions. The service was good. And reception ladies during the afternoon and evening shifts were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I would also like to thank the Filipino guest services member, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Overall, the combination of a spacious suite, excellent location, and warm hospitality made for a memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Rome."
