"Good apartment rental, but definitely not a hotel. While it offers a spacious and spotless 2-bedroom layout comfortable for four adults in an excellent location, this property should be classified as an apartment. Anyone expecting traditional hotel services will be disappointed, as there are minimal amenities, an extra cleaning fee, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Furthermore, management did not return a non-urgent message regarding a cleaning of the apartment. It is a solid 4-star stay if you want an independent vacation rental, but I personally would have preferred a real hotel experience."

"We booked a two bedrooms apartment in Oriana Homel Roma for one week. I can't say enough about how happy we are choosing this hotel. The unit was very roomy, extremely clean, strategically located in old Rome district, walking distance from Trevi Fountain, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants……. Last but not least an extremely friendly and kind staff and front desk who treat you like a family member. They effectively use WhatsApp platform to connect and communicate with their guests and provide them insight, advice, book taxis and cars, airport pickup….. Highly recommen."

"This place is a hidden gem. I've booked the 2 bedroom appartment for myself and my 2 sons, because our trip to the Maldives was cancelled a week before. It's beautifull! Amazing decoration, 3 kinds of softness for the pillows, very good location, solid front door in the appartment (clients leave the main door of the building open) . I also liked the communication with then via whatsapp. They help you in anyway they can! Thank you Aurora. We missed bathroom slippers, but found them the last day....:). Any complaints? Yes, if I'm picky..... Add e few extra toweld to the bathroom and a few hangers for the towels. Please don't go there now everybody, because maybe there is no more place for us when we come back:)"
