"This is NOT a hotel. If I had read the reviews here on Google, I would have saved myself a terrible experience and a waste of money. They advertise it as luxury hospitality, but that’s far from reality — they just have a few rooms inside a residential building. They claim the confirmation email says “guesthouse.” There’s no one to welcome you — it’s basically an Airbnb, but they don’t say it. Truly a disaster. We left for a real hotel, and they didn’t refund our money. I’m attaching photos of their so-called “luxury” reception."
