Nice Rome hotel with wonderful amenities
"This hotel was a very wonderful experience. The AC worked very well, the beds were very well fitting for a large family of six, and the water was nice and warm. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative, and the rooftop was also very nice, with wonderful views of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Rome for the first time, and as a first time visitor, I was pretty blown away."
Good location, minimal accommodations
"We arrived at the hotel to find the office door open, and the front desk unmanned. This in spite of the fact that I had been in contact with the hotel via WhatsApp to determine what bus to take from the train station. They should have known we were coming. As we waited awkwardly with our luggage in the tiny lobby, I attempted to contact them again, and after a very long time they finally answered. Eventually a young man arrived on a scooter to check us in. Our room was on the third floor, and the elevator was broken, so it was quite difficult for some of my family members to get their luggage into the room. The room itself was reasonably clean, but very minimal in amenities. A TV and a microwave. The beds were a disappointment. The mattresses were thin and taco-shaped. One was a hide-a-bed. None were comfortable. In the bathroom, there was a too-small water heater, a tiny shower, a sink without a shelf or counter, and a toilet with seat whose shape didn't match the shape of the bowl. We reported all of this to our travel agent, which apparently unleashed a torrent of emails and phone calls to the hotel management. The next day we discussed whether to stay the rest of our reservation and decided to find another hotel. After discussion with the hotel management, they agreed to refund us the unused days on our reservation. They also offered to taxi us to our replacement accommodations, at the price of 35 Euro. We took them up on the offer. To summarize, the location is convenient to the Vatican and other nearby attractions. This hotel is probably most suitable for young travelers without families, who plan to spend little time there beyond sleeping and showering, and don't mind several flights of stairs."

"BEWARE: Hidden fees and no 24-hour access / Worst service ever. Do not book!/ Avoid this hotel - False advertising and terrible service/. Avoid this hotel: Misleading advertising and zero reliability I would strongly advise against booking here. This was a nightmare experience. I booked this hotel specifically because their advertisement mentioned 24-hour service, which was essential since I was arriving in Rome at 2:00 AM. Despite me messaging them in advance to confirm my late arrival, the situation was handled with total lack of seriousness: Hidden Fees & Pressure: The next morning, I was bombarded with WhatsApp messages. They tried to pressure me into booking a private taxi through them for €60. Late Check-in Penalties: They then informed me that any check-in after 11:00 PM (23:00) required an extra €60 fee, which was not clearly stated during the booking process. Left Out in the Street: The worst part? They told me that if I arrived at 2:00 AM, they simply would not open the door—even though the night was already paid for. They told me I would have to wait until 9:00 AM to enter the building. It is completely unacceptable to take a customer’s money and then leave them stranded in a foreign city in the middle of the night. They are not a serious business and they do not respect their own "24h" advertising. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
