"Super central location – everything is less than 2 km away, which made getting around really convenient. The rooms were clean and felt safe, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. The only downside was that the hot water took a while; I might not have waited long enough, so my showers ended up being lukewarm. On my last night, someone moved into the room next door and it got a bit noisy. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, the train station is a 15-minute walk, and the airport is just 32 minutes away on the express train – all very easy to navigate. Overall, a solid stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Staff was very friendly and recommended a few places to visit, gave us a map and marked those places and recommended some routes. The room was clean and had a balcony. €182 per night is a ridiculous price for this hotel, it's not worth it and I do not recommend. I made a booking with an option to pay at the accommodation. I needed to provide my credit card details to verify it with a possible small amount to be paid before checking-in. The booking was confirmed and 2 days later I see that the hotel is trying to charge €526 from my credit card, that's almost the amount of what I was going to pay at the accommodation. It's misleading and unacceptable to list the property with an option to pay at the property! Our room was on the 6th floor and the elevator was only going to 5th floor, so we had to continue by stairs to get to our room. The walls seemed to be thin and we have heard many sounds in the night/early morning. The windows also seemed to be thin because we were hearing many sounds trough the night as, police, ambulance or fire trucks. Apparently there is a fire departement nearby. If you book with a breakfast included you will need to go to a different location for the breakfast. The word luxury in the name doesn't describe the hotel properly, the hotel is just poor."

"Weird hotel. I guess it’s one hotel that offers 3 levels of “quality”. They seem to occupy 2 full floors and 2-3 more half-floors of a 7 story commercial office(??) building.(ground floor is 0 in Europe, so their on 2-6). Their “palace” says it’s on the 2nd floor and it has a desk area, but no one there, you have to go to the 3rd floor. Their hotel description says they’re 100% accessible, but I assure you they are not. There’s a step to get into the building itself. The “elevator” is a death trap that is 2’x4’ in footprint and wouldn’t fit a wheelchair. It says “nope” when more than one adult goes in (doors refuse to close) and makes scary groaning noises when you ride it. You’re afraid that at any second the cables will snap and you’ll plunge to your death. It also does not go to the 6th floor. 5th is as high as it goes. Our room was “okay”. A bit sterile. Tiny garbage cans. Shower has huge step up and not accessible. Wardrobe is large but doesn’t have any shelves and only 3 hangers so essentially useless. Room does have AC which worked. Needs actual key card in the power slot to work to give room power (other “light cards” don’t work). Toilet is a tight fit along bathroom counter (like you’re sitting at a dining table). Couldn’t get towel warmer to work. Shower wand holder our room broken so it swings around wildly, and there are no shelves in the shower to put your soap and shampoo, so you have to open the stall, reach out to get it, put it on your hands, the close the stall every time you want soap or shampoo."
