"We recently stayed at the Glam Hotel (Jan, 2026) in Rome Italy. The staff was delightful and informative about the area. We arrived before the published check in time and only waited a few minutes before they had our room ready. Unfortunately, I left my bag in the lobby where we were briefly waiting and luckily, they noticed and quickly brought it to me. So thankful they were looking out for me as losing it upon arrival would have been a tough way to start our vacation.
The room was clean and well appointed, although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we were out exploring the city. The location is great - walking distance to lovely restaurants and many local attractions.
Our only "warning" is that the bathtub is VERY slippery - like ice. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell. Fortunately, I didn't severely injure myself and only had minor bruising on my hip and shoulder. The next morning, I asked if they had a bathmat or similar and it was there when we came back that evening. Much better! I would recommend they proactively provide them or that guests ask for them (if all room tubs/showers were like ours).
All in all, we had a great time in Rome and enjoyed our stay at the Glam Hotel!"
