Cloud 7 Hotel Roma

"My daughter and I visited Rome in May 2026 (18th to 22nd) and stayed at the Cloud 7 Hotel in Rome. It’s a recent (1 yr old, I think) hotel located just steps away from major landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It's surrounded by cafés, restaurants and shopping boutiques. Although it is located on a very busy street, the hotel is very safe with a modern décor and atmosphere. The service and staff are exceptional, friendly, and dedicated to making sure your stay is memorable. There was a small issue with my room which was fixed immediately. They also figured out that it was my birthday and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a wonderful note waiting in our room when we returned from a day of exploring the city. We especially want to thank Rodica (the manager) and the whole team for making us feel welcome and for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I will definitely come back to Cloud 7 next time I visit the Eternal City. Alain and Gabrielle"

"Just AWFUL they have entertainment RIGHT under our window ALL NIGHT people screaming and clapping the hotel “is sorry they can’t help the situation” I asked for a change of room and was told it was a downgrade and then I asked do we get a discount “no sorry it is your option” This place is a nightmare stay anywhere but here"

"Cannot get a more Central location in Rome ; just off the Via del Corso. Small hotel down a very busy lane that leads to the Pantheon and includes very popular Venchi Gelateria. Room spacious with comfortable bed/pillows. Good AC. Powerful shower. Nice breakfast with usual Italian fare including a niche cooked menu free of charge. Staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Sadly no fridge. Noise from lane only really an issue with windows open...when closed not a problem. Hotel immaculately clean. Would not hesitate to book again if in Rome."
