"Very beautiful and well-maintained property, but unfortunately with several shortcomings that are hard to justify in a 5-star luxury hotel. During dinner, the wine was poured directly for the man without asking who wished to taste it. Furthermore, the maître d' did not pay attention to the empty glasses, failing to provide wine service during dinner. There was also no side table for the wine and bread. In the room, an electrical outlet was not working and the bath mat was missing. We also encountered the presence of ants on the gym tatami. The episode at breakfast was particularly unpleasant, when we found a yogurt with an expiration date from the previous day. Overall, a property of great beauty, but with service and attention to detail not up to the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel. At these levels, it is precisely the small attentions that make the difference, and unfortunately, they were missing during our stay."

"Our first stay in a Masseria and this region of Italy! Incredible location surrounded by 1,000 year old olive tree groves!! The property is huge and must be walked at night to appreciate the beauty and the way they light up the place! There are cave rooms but we stayed in the tower in a suite with a huge bathroom. It was older decor but we had a balcony and it was an overall cool experience in a place that we have never been. The highlight is the restaurant and the morning buffet as well as their name sake beach club which was one of my fav days swimming in the turquoise water and eating my hand picked Sea Bass and fries! Of course with Champagne! We also enjoyed riding electric bikes through the olive groves and exploring nearby towns. Last but not least, the spa is one of the most amazing hotel spas with a pool and the massages were perfect and not crazy expensive!! It's so stunning and the oils go back just for the spa!"
