"This was my first visit to the hotel, the receptionists and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has a trendy design, and it is brand new. On the top of the building there is a bar, with a wide selection of Gin and Tonics. I had a very pleasant stay."

"The design of the hotel was okay, but I didn't like anything about it because the staff made it the worst experience I've ever had. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects. My stay at this hotel was disappointing: the only good thing was one staff member who did everything, but the room was extremely unclean and smelly, and the location was terrible—not worth the money. The room had literally nothing but a free bottle of water, there was nothing in the hotel worth mentioning, the room was small and cramped, the balcony did not overlook anything but the windows of the other rooms and was not worth staying in, the beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows, the staff will ignore any request you make no matter what, it is not worth the money you will pay for anything really, there are hotels on the Danube that are much better, the location is bad and far from everything, the parking in the basement is good but you will have to activate the exit card every time you go out of the gate otherwise you will not be able to get out"
