"The location was perfect and it was easy to get around walking and taking transit. There were two lovely churches in the neighborhood that presented lovely evening concerts. My room was comfortable and very clean. The people cleaning the rooms were helpful with my requests. I didn't have any problems with noise, it seemed very quiet. I loved the tv stations and the fact that they had a channel "Bartok Radio" that I could put on in the morning while I was getting ready for the day. The breakfast was exceptional! The servers were too, and were on top of replenishing and keeping tables clean. They were very efficient. The concierge was extremely helpful. A very nice fellow who was patient telling me how to take the transit and giving me directions, and ordering a taxi to the airport. Budapest was amazing!!"

"Firstly the location is perfect. It is very clean, beds are comfortable and the buffet breakfast is fresh and varies daily. Very happy with so many food choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. The honesty bar on the mezzanine is a great addition."

"My daughter and I have just stayed here for 5 days. The hotel is in a good location - if you take the airport express bus and get off at the first stop Kalvin Ter, the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk away. Check in is very easy. One really lovely feature of the hotel is that you can get free tea and coffee at any time, the machine is located in the lounge. There is also the honesty bar - if you want a drink just help yourself and fill in the slip, hand it in at reception and settle the bill at the end of your stay. Our room was on the 5th floor. Excellent shower in the en suite, toiletries provided. The room was very hot, the AC didn't seem to have much effect, maybe being a woman of a certain age didn't help! However that was the only small complaint. The breakfast was very good - usual selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, bread, plus scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausages. We found that we filled up enough at breakfast and didn't need to eat again until our evening meal. On our last day we could leave our luggage in the storage area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Budapest."
