Silver Crown Hotel and Residence Palace Quarter

"Comfortable room with a kitchenette, indoor garage, near public transportation. I recommend the breakfast package to you"

"The room is actually a mini apartment (new or at least very clean) with an equipped kitchen. Even the door is armored! Excellent comfort both in terms of noise levels and for resting (mattress and pillow). Efficient automatic climate control. The bathroom (toilet area separated from the sink/shower) is spacious, as is the walk-in shower: the only note to make is that the floor of the shower area is continuous with that of the rest of the bathroom itself, which leads to an annoying tendency to be slippery. An aspect that should certainly be checked and improved. The bathroom is, however, equipped with dispensers for soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner. Daily tidying and towel change upon request. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a wide selection of savory and sweet items (even if the latter is in the minority). Considering the location, the availability (if desired) of parking, and the distance from various important public transport hubs, it is to be chosen without hesitation."

"The street to access the hotel is dark, filthy and narrow. Inside everything is neat&tidy. It was Fri, the Great Sinagoga is close, so the hotel was full with big large noisy families with young kids messing around. Inside, the Deluxe room is Big& Confortable though you can hear the shrieks&screams from adjoining rooms. The shower hand phone didn't work and the cutlery was for ONE. BUT the worst was when someone from the staff broke into our room at 8:00a.m even though we had switched the electric red light on And the classic tag "Do Not Disturb" was hanging from the door knob. I had left the room for an early coffee, didn't want to disturb my wife's sleep, but they did, It really was a frightening shock for her."
