"We were here for my wife's dental treatment, and I had work to do as well as looking after her. We were on 9th floor. Large comfortable quiet room with good views. Good location with handy bus connections and shopping centre. Staff exceptionally helpful. Varied and generous breakfast. I enjoyed the beetroot juicing machine. Vegan options including oat milk. Fast internet."

"This Hotel was booked for our company for a larger group. We made jokes about how bad it was. The air conditioning was a nightmare, temperatures in rooms were way to high and could not been adjusted through airconditioning. I did not sleep well on the matress, matress quality was an issue, but also piercing green light emission from the smoke detector right above head. Overall quality of the hotel was bad. The elevators are full of greasy palm prints not cleaned in ages, while in room cleaning seems to be done with iron wool - at least judged by that the sink looks like. Sb. told me that walking on socks in the room made her socks turn blue to white - I did not oberve this in my room, however consider it credible. The hotel is aged, it´s not cozy, it is no place I would return to ."

"Amazing 4 night stay last weekend. Room upgrade due to status was very much appreciated to the 9th floor. Room amenities brilliant such as mini bar and tea/coffee making. Used the pool / sauna daily. Great size pool and very well equipped gym. No noise at night however the room was so so hot. That is the only thing that spoilt the trip for us. We had to leave the windows wide open all day and night. And the door open when in the room. I had a problem with my credit card of my own doing and the hotel were amazing in sorting it out. Breakfast was good too. Overall can’t wait to go back. But maybe during air conditioning season. When is that ? Great staff can’t do enough. All in all a fantastic hotel. Location excellent for bus and trams too. Defo my go to hotel."
