"Hotel location was perfect for us, 20 minute walk to the Danube, 40 minute walk to Hero's Square. Breakfast served (buffet style) until 10.30, check out 12pm - Room service every day with complimentary illy coffee pods and bottled water. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Toilets are very clean and lobby smells beautiful. Restaurants around the hotel are varied from £ to £££ but all good value. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was light, airy, immaculately clean, spacious and crisp linen. Bath robes towels and slippers included. Bravo 👏 with no pressure from any staff."

"We were offered a complimentary upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment, which was nice in theory but not very useful for us since we were only 2 people. It also meant having to go up and down more than we would have preferred. For families or larger groups, though, this setup could be quite practical and spacious. On the downside, the bathroom felt relatively small and a bit dated. The shower head was leaking and clearly not well maintained, which took away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, while the space might be ideal for groups, for couples or solo travelers it might not be the most convenient option, and some maintenance improvements are definitely needed."
