Hotel Gin Budapest

"I really hate this hotel. I’m currently sitting in my underwear sweating. The non existent AC has been on for an hour and the room is currently at 78 degrees Fahrenheit/26 degrees Celsius. But if I open the windows, the sun will beam into the room at 6 AM in the morning because the electric shades need to be up for the windows to be opened. We are staying at the top floor. It is also very noisy. We asked the front desk 3x, but there was no solution. The first response was horrifying. They told me “it’s too late right now. I’m working by myself. Just open the window.” I now know what hell feels like because I’m currently living in it. Send help. ETA: The bald guy at the front desk in the morning didn’t care. He rolled his eyes at me. I did have drinks at the Wonder Budapest hotel and that one looked lovely. Check that one out"

"Loved the hotel. Location was amazing. Quiet, but close to everything. Modern appliances, beautiful room and awesome front desk. All the staff was helpful too."

"What a great hotel, strange having to walk to its sister hotel which was on the 7th floor overlooking the roof tops, and a very good menu, so close to everything Restaurants public transport particulery as if you are over 65 regardless of nationality public transport is free, which enable s you to see more, staff very friendly and helpful as we had to change rooms (402) had a very sewage smell to it.There was plenty of places to eat so close to the hotel or catch the tram into the center so easy loved the local food"
