Spacious, comfortable rooms, and taken care of down to the smallest detail. Excellent room service and magnificent treatment from the front desk staff, always friendly and professional. Aspects to improve: The room temperature is excessively high due to the central heating, which forces one to sleep with the roof window open to relieve the heat and the feeling of lack of air. Furthermore, telephone communication with the front desk is poor. When dialing 0 from the room, they never answer, so it is necessary to call the phone number published on the hotel's website. Despite these inconveniences, the stay was magnificent, with excellent service and facilities. Highly recommended!"
