"If you are from the US and you like to have control of your A/C in your room during hot summer days and nights, then DO NOT stay here. You have no control of the A/C in your room that you pay for. You have to call the front desk constantly to have them turn on the A/C. What kind of a hotel is that? I never heard of any hotel controlling the A/C units in the rooms that we pay for. Hot in the middle of the night? then you have to call the front desk to turn it on. The thermostat doesn't work. This goes for ALL the rooms in the hotel. I left after the first night, could not deal with this scam. Location is sub par, a lot of construction going on, street is dirty, trash around. Bad experience at breakfast too. Got a plate full of food, put it down on our table, got up to go get coffee and the servers took away the plate of food. It wasn't even 1 min. Really? like can you wait a little bit? This whole experience was just negative. I will never stay here again."

"The hotel experience in general was great. The room was excellent, from the size, to the comfort of it all. The bathroom size was even a bigger surprise, with a huge bathtub. The bed was comfortable, the room had a kettle and tea, which were a plus. Breakfast was great, and the yoghurt was one of the best items. Sabrina from reception was amazing, very warm and welcoming. The restaurant is next door to many restaurants and shopping options, and near the public transport hub. The only minor issues I would point are that the shower was leaking a sewage smell for most of the time, and the pillows were a bit too high for me. Except for that, nothing else to be pointed out negatively. In sum, I would and will for sure stay there again!"
