"Booked for us by travel agent, overlooking courtyard. Comfortable and helpful enough (except for one very grumpy man on reception one night). Next to big indoor shopping mall, could be useful. Breakfast choice (included with all stays) was fairly good but very busy. Best thing for us about Budapest is free public transport (trams great) for all over-65s, wherever you come from!"

"Very dishonest, bordering on a scam. Due to a health issue in May, I communicated my inability to use the stay I had already booked and paid for. In an initial burst of generosity, they sent a voucher valid for 6 months. I asked for a period during which I could use it, stating that if available, I would confirm. The day before departure, I sent an email communicating my arrival time. No problem was mentioned to me, so at 8 in the evening I arrived at the reception, and the staff member told me there was no reservation in my name and no room available. He claimed my confirmation was missing. Therefore, in a foreign city at 8 in the evening, I had to manage on my own, and luckily I found availability at another facility. A facility to avoid or to be very careful with in communications. All surrounded by arrogance and insensitivity."

"In a very good location, 5' from the Metro stop, with a good commercial center in the same square and a small square full of stores of all kinds, from supermarkets to restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Kind staff and a very good breakfast. Airy and clean rooms."
