"Positives: When we arrived we were given the wrong room but this was very quickly resolved and we moved to a beautiful, larger room in block A. The room is clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable! The apartments are located in a brilliant location within walking distance of St Stephens Basilica, the ruin bars and the chain bridge. Fantastic local restaurants and bars. There is so much to see and do in Budapest. We loved everything about the city. We crossed the river to visit the Castle district which is so worth it! Absolutely stunning! The ruin bars were so much fun….: we definitely danced alot and drank way too many gorgeously cocktails!!! One negative: On our first night there was a very loud domestic argument that went on from midnight to 5am. We called reception several times, NOT as a noise complaint but because we were very concerned about the safety of the person in the apartment above. We were told that security were going up. The next morning we enquired about the people and asked if anyone had checked if they were safe. We were told that security had gone up but couldnt hear anything and that it is an office which is privately owned. We didn’t believe it was an office or that security had been up at all because the noise was so distressing there is no way they would not have heard the arguing. We agreed we would call the Police if we heard it again but we didnt hear any further noise."

"This is the second time I'm staying with you. Wonderful renovated apartment, very comfortable. The service from the entire reception staff, especially the amazing Anna, and also the excellent room service. Everything I asked for was immediately answered and taken care of. Breakfast is perfect, the dining room staff is dedicated, efficient, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment hotel!"

"Perfect location and very spacious apartment. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to wander the city. Reception staff very abrupt and appear inconvenienced in their job, they let the hotel down and need more training, particularly the man with beard and glasses needed to be more friendly."
