"Just returned from princess for the 3 time good points lovely pool good day time food the best bad points studios room well dated dirty shower curtin grouting around bath black cleaner not to bad but always siting on step outside room smoking now the worst part breakfast no sausage no tomato so called bacon cooked in water and mushrooms everything cold and as for fruit look like it's been there for weeks pineapple all leaves brown and hanging down picked up a orange green mold on back only had 2 breakfasts went out for rest all so staff have changed from last vist not so friendly will not be returning again o and they don't take criticism we'll as I found out"

"This is a clean and modern hotel in what we think is the best location in Tsilivi, amongst bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff are superb, so friendly and accommodating, always on-hand if you need anything. Pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds, many which get the sun all day if you want that, while lots in the shade till around midday, so something for everyone. There is a snack bar that provides very tasty food and excellent cocktails - the pina colada is the best in the resort I reckon! Our room faced the back of the hotel and looked onto gardens and greenery, and we're very glad we got that side as it was private. The rooms facing the pool have little privacy, even though a nice view of the pool area, but there is music on all day and night, so it might get a bit noisy if you're located in a pool-view room. We couldn't hear anything from the back; so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. A few niggles that could perhaps be addressed easily, one of them being the standard of the room cleanliness. We felt it was never thoroughly cleaned in all the two weeks we were there. The bathroom had ants, not many, but enough to notice, and they were around the sink area, some on the floor. The sink area where toothbrush holder and soap dish are hadn't been touched in two weeks. The shower was superb, but the floor of the cubicle was slippy. Towels changed every other day, which in a 4-star establishment should be every day. Bedding changed a few times during our stay. Balcony was big, chairs very uncomfortable so needed to put a towel on the seat - maybe invest in some chair cushions to make them nicer to use. No drawers, just a large wardrobe with very few hangers, so remember to pack your own hangers if you need them! Quite a lot of pool rules at this hotel, some needed, some we felt were unnecessary, and the usual sunbed wars that happen at most places. Towels left on sunbeds for a lot longer than half an hour - the amount of time allowed before they're supposedly removed. The tiles on the surface of the pool are quite slippy and we didn't see the pool being cleaned once while we were there. These are just small things that can be sorted, and nothing that spoilt our holiday. We've had a great time in pleasant surroundings with attentive staff and a lovely big room to relax in. I'm quite sure we'll be back as we love Tsilivi, and while currently we don't feel the hotel is quite 4-star, it is definitely a very nice place to stay."

"The staff were so friendly ,helpful,fun and welcoming. Mateo on reception took our cases for us to the room and showed us how the safe and air conditioning worked.Our cleaner was very good and efficient ,even comming in later when we had a lay in .We had a lovely room overlooking the pool.The staff at the pool bar were great .Also the pool area and bar was kept clean and always tidy .We couldn't ask for more."
