"Unfortunately, our experience did not match the standards of a five-star hotel. We arrived early and asked whether an early check-in (just one hour before the official time) might be possible. The receptionist said she would do her best, but it was not possible so we returned at the official check-in time- however, our room was still not ready, and we had to wait another 30 minutes! After a long journey, we were exhausted and needed access to our room to rest and take our medication. When we raised our concerns, the staff’s response was dismissive and rude. Check-out was equally disappointing. There was only one receptionist serving multiple guests, resulting in another 30-40 minute wait. For a five-star hotel, we expected efficient, organized, and guest-focused service. Spending so much of our vacation waiting at reception was frustrating and left us disappointed. On the plus side- location is excellent and close to all restaurants and shopping centers."

"We've just stayed for a week here. It is a fantastic small hotel, we loved our king room and balcony. It was cleaned to perfection every day by Olympia. The breakfasts were outstanding, from the wonderful staff who were so friendly and happy every morning to the variety and high quality food that was available. To be served water, juice and hot drinks / hot food was particularly good as you didn't have the usual queues for tea / coffee like most hotels. We had drinks in their Sigma bar every night and Manolis and Teo were also very friendly and took time to talk to us. The friendly receptionists helped us and greeted us every time they saw us. The meal we had in Sigma one night was excellent and next time we will eat there more than once! This is a wonderful hotel, your staff are some of the best we've ever known and are a credit to you. So many hotels make you feel invisible and to feel like we were friends was something special. We're already looking forward to when we can come back again! Thank you xxxx"
