"What can I say about our experience. Nikki and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary/Honeymoon. From the minute they picked us up at the airport it was like one big warm hug the rest of the 8 days we spent at the beautiful Andronis Concept. Niah sat us down and offered us water and espresso. Walked us through our calendar and asked if there was anything they could assist with as far as reservations. We went into the trip with only 3 total reservations. The rest we were going to wing it. Naya walked us around the facilities and introduced us to many people. I apologize I can't remember all of their names. She was absolutely kind and incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better beginning. The room was incredible and clean. Just like the entire facility. The pool was warm and inviting. Every evening we had the perfect sunset. We had a nice view of the people making the trek from Fira to Oia. We were not that adventurous. We relaxed at the pool bar and ate at Throubi. It is a beautiful walk to Fira, it takes about 30/40 minutes. Pack comfortable shoes. The turn down service each day and night was incredible. They even left us rose petals and a note along with wine for our stay. If you have the chance to stay at Andronis, we recommend it."

"Andronis Concept is a beautiful example of understated luxury. What makes it exceptional isn’t simply the spectacular setting, but the thought and care behind every detail. The location is breathtaking, with uninterrupted views across the caldera toward Oia. Having those famous Santorini sunsets directly in front of you, without crowds or having to go anywhere, is something very special. The entire property has a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility. Unlike larger resorts, it never feels busy or impersonal—there are just enough guests for the hotel to feel alive while remaining incredibly peaceful. We especially appreciated the small details that give the hotel character, from the thoughtful architecture and landscaping to their own vegetable and melon gardens and chicken coop, which provide fresh ingredients for breakfast. Breakfast itself is excellent: plenty of choice, beautifully presented, fresh, and made even better by the extraordinary view. The staff deserve particular recognition. The team is young, warm and genuinely welcoming—always polite, attentive and smiling, yet never intrusive. Service feels natural rather than rehearsed. More than anything, Andronis Concept is a place that allows you to slow down. You disconnect, enjoy the silence, the sea, the sunsets and simply relax. It feels intimate and exclusive without trying too hard to be. We left wishing we had booked a few more nights. A memorable stay and a place we would happily return to."

"This year our holidays in August 2026 were in Santorini! There are hotels that offer you a beautiful stay & there are hotels that give you memories for life. The Andronis Concept Wellness Resort undoubtedly belongs to the second category. Its unique location in the Caldera, the stunning facilities, the unobstructed view of the entire Caldera create a scene that is difficult to describe in words. However impressive the landscape may be, it is always the people who make the real difference. For 9 days, the entire hotel team exceeded all our expectations. We didn't just feel like guests of a luxury resort, but hosts of people who truly know what authentic, high-end Greek hospitality means. Mr. Petros, the hotel's general manager, with his presence, professionalism, and excellent knowledge of every detail, has created a team that operates exemplary and offers the guest a feeling of security from the first moment. Mr. Stelios, the reception manager, along with Nadia and Mario, was always by our side with a smile, courtesy, and immediate response to every one of our wishes. Their service was not just professional, it was personal and meaningful. Giota and Orestis, at Throubi Restaurant, took care of our breakfasts and dinners every day, paying attention with real interest to our special dietary needs as well. With their care and discretion, every meal became a special experience. Yiannis, behind the bar, didn't just offer us excellent drinks and cocktails. Accompany each creation with its own special story, turning every trial into a small journey of taste and knowledge. The magical music night at Miltos’ Greek Table will have a special place in our memories, with the wonderful Olga singing and playing the piano. The evening with the impressive violinists at the Pacman Sunset Restaurant, which Mr. Stelios suggested, was also unforgettable, another one of his suggestions that turned out to be truly excellent. Angelos & Valentina were always willing and immediately available, taking care of every maintenance and cleaning issue of our spectacular unforgettable suite. Thanks to their consistency and attention, we didn't have to worry or stress about the smallest thing for a moment. My dog, Harley, accompanied us, who in a few hours became the... official mascot of the hotel, contributing to the hotel's operation check 😊! The love and care that everyone showed us was particularly moving. Why the quality of hospitality is not only seen in impressive facilities, but mainly in the small human details. Our overall experience was complemented by the excellent gastronomic suggestions of the group: -Throubi Restaurant, -Lycabettus Restaurant, -Miltos’ Greek Table, -Pacman Sunset Restaurant -Beefbar Santorini. High-end kitchen, unique environment, and wonderful music nights that made our vacation even more valuable. Separate report on Lycabettus Restaurant, what we experienced cannot be recorded as an excellent dinner. But one of the most important gastronomic experiences one can have anywhere in the world. Here, the view doesn't overshadow the gastronomy. The high technique, the creativity of the dishes, the quality of the ingredients, the excellent wine list suggestion, the flawless service are at the highest level with the landscape. At Lycabettus you go to experience a rare moment, where taste, nature, and human creation meet. After a long time, we felt that we had made real, unfamiliar holidays. We rested, we smiled & left full of images, feelings, with memories that will accompany us for a lifetime. The even establishments, the people with deep knowledge of their subject & especially professionals who are satisfied and proud of what they offer, prove that true luxury is not only in the space but in the people.
