"Our stay at Aressana Hotel in Santorini was truly wonderful, and the hotel team made our family holiday feel absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Aressana is incredibly family-friendly, while still offering a beautiful, elegant and aesthetic atmosphere. We loved the stylish interiors and all the thoughtful details throughout the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Fira, just a one-minute walk from one of the most popular viewpoints. This made our stay even more special, as we could easily explore the town and spend our evenings walking through the beautiful streets and watching the famous Santorini sunsets. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with a wonderful selection of dishes and, of course, the chef’s signature desserts, which were a highlight for us! The hotel also has several swimming pools, making it easy to relax and enjoy some quiet family time. We also had the pleasure of having dinner at Ifestioni Restaurant, located within the hotel. The experience was unforgettable — delicious food, a beautiful atmosphere and an incredible view. Another special moment of our stay was visiting the spa. I had the signature hot stone massage, and it was such a relaxing and memorable experience — definitely one of the highlights of my trip. Our room was cleaned daily and everything was always beautifully maintained. We also really appreciated the lovely welcome amenity waiting for us in the room upon arrival, including the hotel’s signature drinks and treats. It was such a thoughtful touch and a wonderful way to start our stay. Aressana Hotel gave us memories that I know we will treasure for a long time. Our Santorini holiday was truly unforgettable, and the hotel, its wonderful team and its incredible location made it even more special. I’m already dreaming of coming back to Aressana one day!"

"Location could not be beaten, all staff went above and beyond to make our trip to Santorini a dream. The hotel room and facilities were spotless the breakfast excellent. The only blemish is the music around the pool being too loud in the afternoons making it hard to relax and speak with fellow guests."

"The hotel was beautiful, well located and clean but what stood out in particular was the excellent customer service. We’ve holidayed in the Maldives for the last couple of years and have found other destinations do not come close to the service levels of the Maldives however this hotel couldn’t have done more for us. I lost my sunglasses, they found them, I forgot to give a wedding card to the bride at a wedding I attended, they delivered the card to the bride’s hotel, allowed me early check in because I am pregnant and lots of other little touches. A special thank you to Elena, Efthimis, Angeliki, Nik, Dimitris and the cleaners."
