Kyparissia Beach Hotel

"We had a lovely stay at Kyparissia Beach Hotel. We loved the pool, the stunning sunset views, the delicious breakfasts and seeing the turtles in the harbour everyday! Kyparissia Old Town up the hill was beautiful and we very much enjoyed the Castle and the Old Watermill. It was early in the season but the nearby Pememntzo Taverna in the marina was just perfect! Everyone at the hotel was really lovely but the guys at reception were especially great, sorting us out car hire, suggesting places to go and connecting us with Myriad Paths and Stasinopoulos Winery for an amazing wine tasting and Greek cooking experience. Highly recommended!"

"This small hotel had everything we wanted for our stay in Kyparissia. Our room was a tad small for the luggage we had for a two week stay but George was able to give us a larger room, the balcony overlooked the garden and swimming pool and a beautiful view over the harbour where we could watch the setting sun in the evening. The reception area is airy with comfortable sofas and chairs. The dining room is spacious, opening onto the pool area where there are tables and chairs and plenty of sun loungers. There was a good selection of dishes for breakfast, freshly cooked, hot and cold items, endless supply of teas & coffee. All areas were sparkling clean and bedrooms serviced daily, beds very comfortable. Both my husband and I were ill during our holiday and George arranged a GP appointment for my husband and a few days later I needed an appointment and the owner Nicholas arranged my appointment and kindly offered to drive me to the surgery. The entire staff were wonderful, welcoming, always smiling and helpful. Lefteris on reception, also went out of his way to help us. Although several places were still closed as it was early in the season there were still plenty to choose from for lunch or dinner. Several, a few minutes from the hotel and more in the town, an 8 minute walk up hill. Further up the hill in the old town is the castle ruins and a few excellent restaurants in the old town itself. Our two favourite places to eat were Ammos, a 6 minute walk from the hotel and the taverna right next door, (can't remember the name). Kyparissa Beach Hotel is a gem with old world charm and modern comfort in a perfect setting away from the main tourist centres. We loved it and will return."

"Kyparissia in October is quiet but we enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff and well appointed hotel. Kyparissia had nice restaurants- we enjoyed Ammos on the beach for fish and cocktails. Would recommend."
