"We have just got back from a 10 day all inclusive stay and overall was very good and would highly recommend. We had a family room for 4 of us (Children 8 and 5) which had plenty of space and 2 separate sleeping spaces which was great. Room was comfortble and close to the main pool and restaurant which was conveniant. We also had a mini fridge which was stocked daily with drinks and also a coffee machine on a complementary basis which were all lovley suprise and used all the time. We had a balcony which overlooked the pool and also has an airer to help dry swimwear. Only bad point on the room and it is minor is it would have been good to have bathroom mirror light to not put the main one on at night. Apart from this the room had everything you could need we had toiletries including options for the children, Robes and slippers, safe and others bit that's we didn't use like sewing kit and shaving kit. In terms of the restaurants we mostly ate at the buffet restaurant which had lots of choice and different themes for dinner which was nice. A shout out to Irene who looked after us and went the extra mile and saved us a table every night. We also used the snack van daily and can say that the burgers were some of the best we have ever tasted. We also ate at Argo one night the a la carte restaurant and also Ithaka which me and husband went to and was outstanding and although not included in the all inclusive package would highly recommend and great value for money for quality you get. Pools and beaches were great, clean and not as rocky as expected. Would have been good to have some music at least at one of the pools to create a nicer atmosphere and sometimes the drink service to your sunbed was a bit slow but again overall good. You also get daily towels which is great but we never had a problem getting a sunbed but getting their early would secure those In your chosen location for us obviously close to the kids pool so they could play easily in full sight. The only thing that really let the hotel down was location. One day we wanted to get to town but we waited over 30 minutes for a taxi which didnt even accept our ride and other cabs that were ordered after arrived first so we waited another 30 minutes for the bus which took a while to get to town. In hindsight we would have hired a car and we did in the end for 5 days booked at the hotel to explore a little and was easier with the children. so this is an option. Although I would say do it before you travel there as it was quite costly. If the hotel had a free shuttle service that was more reliable I think it would be so much better. Even with all this overall the hotel was very clean, Staff very friendly, facilities and rooms amazing with good food and if I could have given it a 4.5 rating I would have."
