Idyllic beachfront escape in Kos
From the pristine, Blue Flag-certified golden sand beach that’s right on your doorstep to the outdoor freshwater pools flanked by spacious terraces with lounge beds and parasols, there’s an abundance of space in which to soak up the sun and enjoy refreshing dips. If you’re up for some light-hearted activity, you can get involved in water polo, volleyball or aqua aerobics, while the kids play zone offers endless fun for little ones.
Tempted by a massage or a rejuvenating skin treatment? Head over to the spa gazebo and treat yourself – you deserve it. There’s plenty of entertainment throughout the day and during the evenings, meanwhile, including live music, theatre performances and dance shows, so you’ll certainly never find yourself at a loose end here.
Expect to eat well, too, whether you're lured by the diverse selection of local and international dishes served up at the main buffet restaurant, or you’d prefer a more traditional dining experience featuring lots of grilled meats and seafood at the poolside taverna. Drinks are always close by, too, with four bars dotted throughout the complex, including by the poolside and down at the beach.
Keen to explore Kos Town? The island’s vibrant, cosmopolitan capital is just a 20-minute walk or a five-minute taxi ride away, home to a fabulous array of places to eat and drink, classic Greek architecture and ancient ruins that provide a fascinating window into the island’s past.

Find out more about Lambi
The small, chilled-out town of Lambi sits on a pretty stretch of sand-and-shingle beach just north of Kos Town’s harbour. On Lambi holidays you’ll find a handful of tavernas and beach bars along the pretty beach, as well as a great selection of ancient sites nearby. The ruins of Asklepion – home to a hospital where Hippocrates used to teach – are a real highlight. You could spend your holidays to Lambi simply relaxing on the beach in this picturesque northeast corner of the island, but if you fancy exploring you can hop on a bike and head to one of the many quiet seaside villages nearby.
