"Our stay was madecsoo special..especially Floriana who, anything we needed she helped with. Was sooo pleasant, funny, always chatty and sooo lovely. Looked forward to seeing her everyday. Love her to bits. Very special lady. Also,zollee sima and all the lovely cleaning ladies was so friendly chatty but always kept the room clean.. the ladies on reception was always soo helpful with everything everything too. Friendly talking but professional throughout..Will be booking here again soon. Thank you...everyone for making our stay special again..💙🤗👍"

"Staff are great, all very friendly and helpful. Cleaning and towel change every day. Thank you. Location is good, afew minutes from the beach, 20 minutes walk into town and a huge cheap supermarket 2 mins walk away. Apartment is ok, quite basic but large enough for 3 people, air-conditioning only in the bedroom. Bathroom is a disaster, no door on the shower so the whole room floods, very little hot water and the overhead shower doesn't work at all. Pool is small and far too small for all of the inflatables and balls. HOWEVER: This hotel is absolutely full with teenagers, mainly from Holland. They play loud music and drink outside their apartments all night - some nights until 6am the next day. To get to reception you have to run the morning gauntlet of empty alcohol bottles. By midday the small pool is totally full and extremely loud and to be honest unusable. We went to the beach everyday and hardly used the hotel facilities ( spent all our money elsewhere which is unusual for us as we are normally pool lovers). I feel very very sorry for the lovely staff, for example: whilst waiting for our taxi to leave, a new group of 8 lads turned up and whilst waiting for their room, stripped down and started downing Bacardi breezers and shots. Says it all really! Probably the worst holiday experience we've every had. And yes, all the other families also complained. Thank god Kos is lovely , the people are wonderful and the beaches are fabulous."

"Hotel needs upgrade now, no hot water daily, no electricity periods daily, and tired rooms that are no longer very nice. Therefor turistax mutch mutch to hi. Staff is very good and does everything they can. Service is in top and cleaning staff (Sima) is 100% the best and does all they can. But owner needs to fix the hotel now. We been there every year for many years - And yes we will be back I am sure. Staff should be more apriciaded, they give great service but can't fix hotel. Dato for ophold: juli 2026"
