A comfortable base near Kos Town
You’ll find the Anastasia Hotel and Apartments just outside the centre of Kos Town – the island’s capital. A 10-minute stroll will take you into the heart of town, or to the nearest beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars on route. Paralia Kos is a long sand and shingle stretch backed by tavernas and beach bars that’ll keep you fed and watered during the day, and there’s a good water sports offering, too. This hotel also makes a good base for sightseeing if you fancy exploring the historical sights of the old town.
The pool area is a great place to chill out – it’s edged by loungers and parasols, and there’s a separate little pool for children to paddle in. If you’re peckish, you can grab snacks from poolside restaurant. Breakfast is served each morning, too, with a menu of tasty dishes to set you up for the day.
Accommodation is a mixture of standard rooms and apartments. They’re all clean and spacious and each one has a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. If you opt for an apartment, you’ll also have a kitchenette with cooking rings, a fridge and a kettle, which come in handy for self-catering.
