"We stayed for 2 weeks end September/mid October and whilst the weather was not the best towards the end of our stay, staff did their absolute best to accommodate everyone indoors out of the rain! The transfer from the airport & check in were both seamless and we were allocated a beautiful room – thank you 😊. The resort staff all work incredibly hard to maintain the rooms and the grounds, not forgetting the restaurant staff and entertainment team. There were busy times in the main restaurant (Aegean) on the nights when the Ocean restaurant was closed but the staff all work efficiently to accommodate guests as quickly as possible. We always found a huge choice of available dishes. There were a lot of children at the resort but as an older couple, we always found quiet locations available if needed and the private beach is a major benefit. The plus point is that there is no sun bed reserving in the resort so you can relax, enjoy breakfast and still find somewhere to sit and enjoy your day without the stress of being faced with rows and rows of towels for invisible people! Based on our experience, we are very much looking forward to returning next year, thank you."

"We spent 1 week here, the hotel was lovely and very very clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the downfalls was the food, there wasn't much variety and it was the same every day, I know we are off season but when you pay this amount of money for all inclusive you expect the food to be more varied and worth the money. One day I had some fish and it wasn't cooked properly so I spend the rest of my holiday checking our food was cooked properly. The staff in the dining area were really nice but they were slow when it came to refilling drinks, there were a few occasions when we had finished eating before our drinks came up, and they didn't replace cutlery when they took our plates away. The children's evening entertainment was like the food, the same every night, the same songs and the same dances etc. The beach was very rocky and slippery, my daughter cut the bottom of her foot while trying to get into the sea. The people who do the water sports activities put sand bags down so that you can walk on them when getting into the sea for their activities so maybe some staff from the hotel can do the same kind of thing to make it safe for their customers. Overall it's a nice clean hotel but some aspects needs to be looked at."

"We were at the resort in October 26 and were thrilled with all the amenities. We particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. All the offerings at the bars and restaurants were diverse and impressed us anew every day. All the activities offered leave nothing to be desired, so that fun and exercise are not neglected either. Particularly noteworthy are the numerous pools and the hotel's own beach. The cleanliness of the entire complex impressed us to a special degree. We can recommend this hotel without reservation."
