"Lagoon view apartments is an amazing place to stay if you want to visit Kefalonia. The owner was very helpful, and he even left coffee powder in the apartment, for me to have coffee in the morning. The location is great, as it’s just a few minutes by car from the center. The apartment gives access to a comfortable pool area, and the washing machine is a super plus! Highly recommended!"

"Just returned from lagoon view apartments after an amazing week .The apartments are fabulous,very clean and spacious I could not write one bad thing about them .The owner Panos is super helpful and friendly he gave us a lift to the airport after our transfer didn’t turn up to take us to the airport he is a gem .He also sorted our car hire so if you are deciding on booking in here do it ."

"Why has it taken us 8 years to return to these apartments? I feel we have missed out on some excellent stays. Very quiet, great if that's what you like, but situated perfectly for exploring the whole island, if you have a car. I do recommend hiring a car, you will miss out on a lot of beautiful sites, if you don't. Ten minute drive down to Argostoli front, recommend parking near to bus station or on car park behind 'MyMarket', then walking in along the front. Not much more then an hour drive to Fiskardo, at one end, about 50 minutes to Skala at the other. Fantastic views from the rooms, mountains or down to the lagoon. Rooms are large, clean, and well equipped. full kitchen, washing machine, iron and board etc. Even a parasol to put in the car, in case you fancy a bit of time in one of the many coves whilst driving around. Pool area is well appointed with beds and shade. Enough poolside beds for all rooms. It is quite possible that you will be the only ones at the pool. Panos is a font of knowledge about the island, quieter beaches, places to eat, etc. He will sort a car if you need one, though I would recommend prebooking, as in high season there is very little availability. We didn't eat at the apartments this time, as we were out exploring the island most of the day, and eating at various tavernas as we drove around. I probably had the best two weeks sleep that I've had in years. Nice large bed, with really comfy mattress. Plenty of room to store your clothes. Charges for aircon and safe. Hopefully, we be back in a couple of years, to see the island in the spring, rather than the heat of summer, when we hope to sample, Mary's cooking. Thank you Panos and Mary. Wonderful hosts.
