Achtis Hotel

"This was a special and emotional holiday for me, returning to the place that my late husband and I had our final holiday together last year. I initially booked to travel alone as I knew that the amazing team at the Achtis would look after me, but a friend offered to go with me, which was lovely. As on previous stays, I booked transfer from the airport directly with the hotel and it made all the difference seeing the lovely Kristina waiting for us. On arrival at the hotel, we were met by Lilia, who expressed condolences for my loss. One of the lovely cleaning ladies did the same. This sums up what is so special about The Achtis. They really do get to know every guest personally. My friend needed to take a walking frame and we were given beautiful ground floor rooms - hers having a walk in shower to make her stay easier. I love everything about the Achtis. It is impossible not to relax in the beautiful grounds. Customer service at the Achtis is incredible. All the staff are so observant and friendly and every need is met. The 3 Kristina's and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure guests have the best experience. The new evening buffet style service is incredible. The food is so tasty and freshly cooked. There were no repeated meals in the week that we stayed and someone is always stood nearby to talk you through the options on offer. The new clay oven is a great addition. I was told that many of the meals are cooked in there. A highlight for me, was the bread, cooked freshly in the clay oven daily, by Kristina's Mum. I looked forward to it every morning. The evening cocktails were delicious as ever. I also really enjoyed sitting on my terrace with a glass of wine before bed. Just soaking in the lovely view and atmosphere. I can't wait to go back. Thank you team Achtis!"

"We were at the Achtis Hotel for the second time and were not disappointed again. The dinner, which has been served buffet-style since this year, did not disappoint in its new form either. The property is simply a wonderful oasis for resting and recharging!"

"Just returned from one week at this amazing hotel.Lilia and Kristina 1 2and 3 plus all other staff are what makes this hotel a piece of paradise, nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to ensure guests have everything they need plus much much more. Departing from this sanctuary to return home is a tearful experience .The comfort is knowing that 2027 is around the corner and we will be able to return. The food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding and everywhere spotlessly clean. Room and balcony well equipped. The grounds are so relaxing, ponds with koi carp, peacocks roaming and the beautiful gardens to unwind in . This hotel is a little bit of heaven where all the staff are angels.Thankyou to you all see you in 2027.❤️❤️❤️❤️ If I could award them a star ⭐️ it would be 100 gold stars. Please keep doing what you do."
