"We had high expectations for a 4 star hotel in an ancient Venetian structure renovated in the old town. First surprise. Reception is present on arrival, then there is only a telephone reference. Upon arrival at 2.15 pm, although expected on the voucher the delivery of the room from 2.00 pm, was not ready and we were invited to tour the city 'and return after more' than an hour. In fact, the management is in the hands of Service personnel. The breakfast scheduled from 8.00 to 10.30 is insufficient in quality and quantity with exhaustion of the offer already at 9.00 , only partially reinstated at the request of customers, with exhaustion of cutlery and dishes. One basket with heated mini-sheets as a sweet offering. Booked a Suite of 30 sqm with attached kitchenette: TV without connection channels.. Serious cleaning and hygiene problems. Bathroom with bathtub equipped with shower curtain very dirty from previous uses. In 6 days of stay , the second day surprised for failure to clean and empty toilet baskets, privvedjamo to systematic request for room cleaning.Result: 1 change of sheets, 2 changes of towels, no sanitization of the bathroom or cleaning floors with obvious signs of previous poor cleaning of the suite. In the common patio there is a small swimming pool, without overflow systems. A certain advantage is the exclusive parking available to guests. We expected different management standards worthy of a 4-star hotel."

"Arrived at this hotel last night. Booked 10 night stay via Easy Jet. Room we paid extra for is a “suite” Comprising a small bathroom Kitchenette with sofa table & wardrobe and separate bedroom. Nothing like the suite photos on easy jet website by the way! Air con unit in the bedroom not great. However the air con unit in the kitchen/ lounge does not work at all. Informed reception only to be told it cannot be fixed!!!! Not good enough! One of the hottest months of the year and air con insufficient! Also states on website suite has either terrace or balcony! Should be noted however our balcony is NOT private. Looks like shared with four other rooms!! WiFi very slow too. Location on edge of old town is excellent. !"
