"Great hotel. The staff is amazing - welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. We had a perfect two-room suite with a large balcony, very clean and comfortable. The food is really good. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel was vast and brilliant. Clean throughout. Receptionist didn’t give us all the information needed. Toilets in the basement and you have to go outside. They were the only toilets within the pool area so we went back to our room to use the toilet. There’s only 1 bar which was disappointing. The staff were all lovely. The food not good. Very repetitive. Just about tepid when you get it. The weather wasn’t good at night it was going cold so please take a jacket and long pants. I had to buy a shawl. But the weather is not the hotels fault. What I did like was the amount of room around the pool. You weren’t laid in a line with your sunbeds and laid on each others shoulders. Plenty of room. If only they could get the food sorted we would go back. It is a 4* for cleanliness but 2* for food."

"Nice location, good food. However, we found one annoying problem it is definitely not worth going all inclusive, because the drinks were very poor. You cannot get non alcoholic cocktails or good alcoholic cocktails because they do not use proper fruit juice. Instead they use ghastly orange squash that is disgusting. All inclusive is very limited for example no carte d'or ice cream until after 4 PM also the bar charges for hot drinks even if you are all inclusive. We should have gone half board as paying the extra for all inclusive is a definite waste of money."
