NH Hamburg Mitte

"Standard clean a comfortable hotel near Hamburg Messe. The breakfast isn’t great, but overall it’s a decent hotel "

"An excellent boutique hotel, just 4 underground stops from Hamburg centre. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with a spacious and neutrally decorated and furnished room. Sadly the hotel only provides bed and breakfast, but there are lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff we met were professional but friendly and helpful."

"I had an overall very positive experience at NH Mitte Hamburg. The hotel stands out for its excellent location, offering easy access to the main points of interest in the city as well as public transport. The service provided by the staff also deserves high praise — consistently professional, attentive and helpful, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. However, there is one aspect that I believe deserves consideration. Room cleaning and housekeeping are only carried out upon prior request by the guest. While I understand that this policy may be related to sustainability or operational efficiency, in my opinion this is an essential and basic service in any hotel stay and should not depend on an explicit request from the guest. I believe that providing this service by default — while allowing guests to opt out if they wish — would further enhance the overall guest experience. In summary, this is a well-located hotel with a good standard of service, but with room for improvement in this specific area."
