"A nice and elegant hotel,good and well maintained facilities,friendly stuff,good breakfast,over all very good experience."

"Overall this was a decent property 1. Sleep - mattress, pillows, curtains Curtains not blackout because light around edges but otherwise OK. The mattress was cheap - can feel coils and lumpy where compressed for years. Pillows good 2. Shower - water pressure, flood floor Enclosed shower so better than half wall but some leaks at door Decent pressure and temp - but temp fluctuates 3. Clean Yes 4. Power outlets Only one on each side of bed and one at desk. Works - but not enough for modern use 5. Desk - workable - power - chair OK. The desk light is a folding arm. Desk is a little small but minimally OK 6. Room - chair, layout OK. Lighting isn't great 7. Wifi Very poor 6.20 down and 2.95 up But Verizon in Hamburg was sufficient at the hotel with 34.3 down and 13.7 up 8. Fridge that isn’t warm or frozen and water bottles a plus Fridge excellent and water provided 9. HVAC Excellent. Goes down to 18 - very strong performance during the heatwave 10. Do not disturb sign Excellent. No disturbance from housekeeping 11. Safety of area and especially inside hotel Very good. Hotel guests not rowdy and area quiet 12. Other Desk staff excellent. Fluent in English - very helpful and so much better than what we find at US Hyatt hotels Note - bathroom lack a door. Not a problem for me - but might be for others 2 grocery stores nearby. One small one maybe 100 feet from hotel entrance and a larger one about a 2 minute walk. Lots of food options within easy walking distance. Airport is 30 minutes. Official taxi was 36€ to hotel. Uber and Bolt wanted more Would stay again"

"klasse hotel mit großen Zimmern leider hatten wir eine Duschwanne Zimmer war groß und sauber Zimmer waren ruhig. Frühstücks Buffet perfekt alles was das Herz gegart. hotel liegt sehr zentral alles fußläufig erreichbar. Great hotel with large rooms; unfortunately, we had a shower-tub combo. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was perfect—it had everything you could wish for. The hotel is very centrally located, with everything within walking distance."
