"then threir lowest bookable rate. Unfortunatelly due to cancellation if the ITB Berlin (Travel trade show) I have been forced to cancel my reservation. I have asked the Hotel for some alternative, while the stay have been fully prepaid (changing the dates, partial refund). They told me that they are sorry for the cancellation of the event, but they will not offer any solution. It is one of the top dates in Berlin, so the rate was high and they simply do not care about the customer and want to keep their money."

"The SAROTTI HOEFE is a historic location. This was a famous Schokolade manufacture. Now it is a fine local hotel. It has a fine coffee shop with good homemade cakes. In the area you find a lot of Local shops and restaurants. This is a multicultural area."

"I am afraid to praise them too much so that I can keep them a secret. But really, you must try them. Apparently it is owned by an Italian chocolatier?? So the chocolate cakes in the lobby looked smashing and the little chocolates on our pillows were delicious. The whole experience was amazing, from reception to checkout. Our room was absolutely amazing and the comfort level off the charts!"
