"On 13 June, I arrived at the property for check-in. At the entrance to the reception, staff members were smoking just outside, but exhaled tobacco smoke directly towards the indoor lobby area, allowing smoke to enter the building. I informed the staff that I have a medical intolerance to tobacco smoke. Immediately after exposure, I developed severe breathing difficulties, coughing, and weakness. Emergency medical services (SAMU) were called, and I was transported to a hospital in Toulouse for medical evaluation. This was a serious medical emergency. The situation was further worsened by inappropriate staff behavior. I do not speak French and required assistance via my daughter, who acted as a phone interpreter. Instead of receiving appropriate help, I was met with laughter and dismissive remarks while I was in visible respiratory distress. Due to the unsafe environment and acute medical reaction, I was unable to remain at the property and had to leave shortly after arrival. No refund or compensation was offered despite the medical emergency and the fact that I was unable to stay. I strongly urge management to enforce strict no-smoking rules around all entrances and indoor areas, and to ensure staff behave appropriately and respectfully in emergency situations. This incident created a serious and preventable health risk for guests."

"The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay after arriving late in the evening at Toulouse Matabiau train station. It was very close opposite and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms were just as we hoped, clean and comfortable."

"The location was perfect for our train travel into/out of Toulouse. The rooms were compact, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. A good breakfast was provided. We only stayed one night, but would stay again if we have the opportunity. "
