"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
Absolutely shocking experience. We paid €180 for one night and because we arrived late, we were dumped into a ground-floor room directly on street level. People walking outside could see straight into the room. There was virtually no privacy and we felt completely unsafe.
When we politely asked for a different room, the staff refused to help. Instead of finding a solution, they basically told us to leave in the middle of the night. Two women traveling alone were forced to find another hotel at the last minute and spend an extra €230 just to have somewhere safe to sleep.
The receptionist (including a man named Roger) and the manager were unbelievably rude. Rather than listening to our concerns, they dismissed them and even called us scammers. I've never experienced such unprofessional and hostile treatment from hotel staff.
The hotel's photos were completely misleading and looked nothing like the room we were given. Nowhere was it made clear that the room would be directly on street level. Had we known, we would never have booked.
What made it even worse was seeing that the reception window was already broken, which only reinforced our concerns about security. Yet the staff acted as if our worries were unreasonable.
We paid for a hotel room and ended up feeling unsafe, unwelcome, and completely ignored. The lack of basic customer service was astonishing. Save yourself the stress, save yourself the money, and book literally anywhere else."
