Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

"GPS or address was off (3 vs 5). Thankfully my husband is french and noticed it was not right. When checking into an airport hotel, The agent noted that all guests are required to have your passport. This seemed odd as not all of us were flying. Had dinner and the menu had a small variety. Super happy to get a full glass of ice, which is NOT a typical to get more than 1-3 cubes while in France. Large spacious room. Rooms are large and very close to the standard American rooms. Only noted exception ws the lack.of wash clothes. It would have been great to have the french terry glove style, verses none. The matress is super firm, not the standard thst Marriott uses in the US. Extremely quiet we did not hear any noise from the hallway, nearby rooms nor the airport. Awsome find was a scale in the bathroom, extremely helpful for air travel. Last item to note is that the coffee in the room was instant."

"We had a truly disappointing experience at the Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel. This was far below the standard we expected from a Marriott property. Our experience with the front office staff was particularly unpleasant. We requested a modest 30-minute late checkout, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., but Supervisor Nora refused the request outright with a rude and dismissive "No." Regardless of whether the request could be accommodated, we expected a more courteous and professional response. Hospitality is not just about policies—it is also about how guests are treated. The room itself also had several issues. The bathroom had serious drainage problems, causing water to leak out through the bathroom door and into the room after every shower. To make matters worse, there was a persistent foul odor coming from the bathroom, making the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to both the lack of customer service and the maintenance issues. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope Marriott management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests."
