Moxy Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

"I stayed here as it was close to the airport and I had an early flight. I booked using points. When I checked in, they tried to charge me for the room. After getting that sorted out, I checked out the next morning and they sent me the invoice for the room where they charged my credit card. I am completely disgusted and will never stay with a Moxy hotel again. As a long time Marriott customer and Vacation Club owner, I have come to expect far better from Marriott hotels. This is disgraceful."

"We stayed here on our way home from the south of France. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It's dirty, stinks, the walls are chipped, damaged and filthy, our bathroom smelled like boiling cabbage. There is no phone in the room if you need to call down to the front desk and water is not provided. I felt so uncomfortable here. The first room they gave us, I walked in and immediately walked out. The smell was nauseating. The second room wasn't much better. Front desk staff was nice, but speaking of front desk - also filthy."

"I was given a night hotel accommodation due to my cancelled flight. The room was small, very dirty, the chair had wholes, the door didn’t lock and the sink’s stopper wouldn’t open so they water would stay All the desk and tables were dirty. I took pictures to prove it. Really disgusting."
